[Evergrowing 生生不息] Jameson Yap is a contemporary calligrapher who bridges tradition and modernity through his signature philosophy, the "River Stroke" (liú shū 流書)—a style rooted in the harmony of strength and fluidity. Inspired by his grandfather’s teachings, Jameson sees calligraphy as a meditative practice that connects past and present. His work has been exhibited internationally, including solo showcases at eslite spectrum, The Starhill KL, Park Hyatt Toronto, and Shangri-La Vancouver, and he was recently invited to speak at the Vancouver Art Gallery. His pieces are part of private collections across Asia, North America, and Europe, reflecting the universal resonance of his craft.
