The dedicated team at Loong Cafe embarked on a journey to different Hong Kong communities and GuangZhou to carefully curate classic flavors reminiscent of old Hong Kong. With the preferences of Malaysians in mind, the team undertook a process of refining and innovating upon these flavors, and mastered the art of authentic Hong Kong-style roast meat. This led to the creation of a roast meat preparation technique involving a secret sauce, resulting in a delectably crispy and flavorful HK Roasted Meat. 𝐊𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐠 has a humble yet deeply meaningful origin story. It began with owner parents' unwavering dedication as they ran a small Nasi Lemak stall in thier community, waking up at the crack of dawn to prepare fresh ingredients and serve delicious meals. This experience left an indelible mark on the owner, even after he left Kuala Lumpur. This led owner to pursue a dream in the food and beverage industry, inspired by his parents' culinary expertise. When he returned to his hometown to learn the art of Nasi Lemak from them, facing numerous challenges along the way. Fortuitously, he connected with a friend from a renowned coffee family. The collaboration allowed them to discover the perfect blend of coffee and Nasi Lemak, emphasizing the importance of dedication and time in creating authentic flavors. They aim to provide an authentic and affordable taste of Malaysian cuisine for everyone, other than the Signature Nasi Lemak and coffee, they also brought in top Malaysian favourites, Prawn Noodles, Chicken Rice, Hainanese Chicken Chop, Mee Goreng, Cendol, Toast and so on. Their journey embodies the spirit of dedication and passion for preserving the authentic taste of their beloved dishes.
