FUJI OMAKASE AT YUKIBANA AT SHOOK!
In a highly anticipated collaboration, Chef Machi, the Japanese tastemaker of Yukibana at Shook! at The Starhill Dining, introduces a curated Omakase menu expertly paired with Jota Tanaka's celebrated whiskies, recently honoured with an induction into the World Whisky Awards Hall of Fame. Crafted at the renowned Fuji Gotemba Distillery nestled at the base of Mount Fuji and the gold medal winner of the International Spirits Challenge 2020, Fuji Whisky is the essence of Japan's meticulous approach to craftsmanship.
Available throughout November, some of the tantalising highlights from the menu include Sweet Potato Cream Cheese, Cocktail Tomatoes, and Mackerel Vinegared Sushi, Chef Machi’s Sashimi Symphony, Grilled Tiger Prawns and Scallops served with a delectable Sea Urchin Truffle Cream Sauce, a succulent slice of A5 Wagyu paired with Inaniwa Udon, and a selection of Japan's finest seasonal fruits.
