Delight in authentic Cantonese dumplings with the savoury Duck & Chestnut Glutinous Rice Dumpling - an exquisite creation that includes duck meat, dried scallops, salted egg yolk and chestnut or the sweet Lotus or Red Bean Paste Glutinous Rice Dumplings.

A SHANGHAINESE DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL

Shanghai restaurant presents its classic glutinous rice dumplings - parcels of indulgence that are true to tradition with a sumptuous Shanghainese interpretation. These dumplings can be savoured in our restaurant or through our home delivery and self-pick up service. The Spanish Pork and Salted Egg Yolk Glutinous Rice Dumpling is filled with Spanish pork, salted egg yolk, dried scallops and mushroom; while the Red Bean Paste Glutinous Rice Dumpling is a delicious creation of sweet bean paste, served with a unique osmanthus-flavoured syrup.
