1. Eligibility and Voucher Issuance
- This E-voucher program is only applicable to valid members of eslite Malaysia. Membership accounts from other regions are not eligible.
- A new E-voucher will be automatically issued to your member account on or before the 5th of each month.
- Each voucher can be used only once during the current month.

2. Voucher Applicability and Limitations
- The E-voucher is valid for one (1) book purchase only. Items purchased using the E-voucher are not exchangeable. 
- The E-voucher offers a discount on any book category in the bookstore (except for special offers, non-discountable products, and cannot be combined with member discounts).
- This E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, including member discounts, credit card discounts, cash vouchers, or other promotional codes. (Note: eslite gift voucher are not subject to this limitation.)

3. Voucher Usage and Validity
- A valid membership card or proof of membership must be presented before checkout to redeem the E-voucher discount.
- E-vouchers presented as mobile phone screenshots or forwarded pictures will not be accepted.
- E-vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other items of value.
- E-vouchers expire on the date indicated and will not be reissued.

4. Program Modifications and Termination
eslite bookstore reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate this E-voucher program at any time without prior notice. All activities related to this program are subject to on-site announcements.
