明月堂 Meigetsudo

傳承自1935年的日式和菓子老舖，主打玫瑰花菓福、櫻花花菓福、銅鑼燒及牛皮，甜而不膩、細緻溫潤。
作為台灣少數仍堅持正統和菓子技藝的百年老店，明月堂多次受邀參與文化部與職人展演活動，是國內外茶道協會推薦品牌。產品無添加防腐劑，原料嚴選日本進口抹茶與台灣在地糯米，細節之中藏著職人的用心。
Founded in 1935, Meigetsudo is a heritage Japanese wagashi maker known for its delicate treats like floral fruit cake (rose and sakura), dorayaki, and gyuhi. Lightly sweet and refined in texture, each piece reflects the spirit of traditional craftsmanship.

As one of the few remaining wagashi artisans in Taiwan who uphold authentic Japanese techniques, Meigetsudo has been invited by the Ministry of Culture and various artisan showcases. It is also a recommended brand by tea ceremony associations in and outside of Taiwan. Using no preservatives, the brand carefully selects premium matcha from Japan and glutinous rice from Taiwan — a dedication to detail that’s evident in every bite.

一之鄉 E.G-Sain

以蜂蜜蛋糕與鳳梨酥聞名，50年來深受台灣人喜愛，口感綿密、甜而不膩，是節慶送禮首選。
榮獲「台灣百大品牌」與「伴手禮金質獎」肯定，一之鄉堅持使用純龍眼蜜、無人工香精及色素製作蛋糕與餅乾。曾多次受邀於國宴及海外台灣日展出，是將台灣甜點文化帶向國際的重要推手。
E.G-Sain has been a household name for over 50 years, loved for its honey castella and pineapple cakes. Awarded Taiwan’s Top 100 Brands and the Golden Gift Award, they use pure longan honey with no artificial additives — a trusted name for festive gifts and timeless flavours.

佳賓餅家 Jiavin Bakery

創新迷你牛軋餅結合抹茶、草莓、泰奶等多元口味，一口一個的療癒零嘴，深受年輕人喜愛。
佳賓的「迷你牛軋餅」獲得2022年台北食品創新大賞，並成為永康街地區的必買伴手禮代表。品牌重視食材來源，選用北海道奶粉與台灣自產麵粉，外酥內Q的口感，搭配創意風味屢屢驚艷消費者
Jiavin Bakery is best known for its award-winning mini nougat biscuits — crispy outside, chewy inside, and packed with fun flavours like matcha, Thai milk tea, and strawberry. Crowned at the 2022 Taipei Food Innovation Awards, it’s become a must-buy souvenir from Taipei’s Yongkang Street.

東和製油 Dong He

百年製油職人，傳承四代的芝麻油與花生醬香氣濃郁，將古法工藝帶入現代餐桌。
榮獲「總統創新獎」、「MIT微笑標章」，東和製油堅持柴火慢炒與石磨工法，延續百年來「一滴油也要真材實料」的理念。旗下乾拌麵與辣油系列亦獲多家美食媒體推薦，連米其林餐廳也曾採購使用。
A fourth-generation oil maker since 1921, Dong He blends tradition with innovation. Winner of the Presidential Innovation Award, their wood-fired, stone-ground sesame oil and peanut paste are beloved by home cooks and Michelin chefs alike.

田月桑時 Tian Yue Sun Shi

主打南台灣檸檬系列飲品，20小時低溫熬煮技術，完整保留水果精華，酸甜清爽。
榮獲多項綠色永續設計獎項，田月桑時不僅堅持使用高雄產地直送鮮檸檬，更推行碳中和包裝，是少數結合味覺與永續精神的飲品品牌。口感自然，深受健康意識族群與孕媽族群推崇。
Tian Yue Sun Shi specializes in lemon-based drinks from southern Taiwan, slow-cooked for 20 hours to preserve all the natural goodness. Sustainably produced and eco-packaged, their award-winning drinks are both refreshing and conscious — a favourite among health-focused drinkers.
